This one of a kind upscale New Years Ball is for all those looking for a fun &
safe New Year's eve party. Whether you're from out of town or just
around the corner, come experience for yourself the exciting &
diverse mix of music and culture at the most elegant venue in San
Francisco!
Who is
producing this event?
SF New Years Ball is an independent production company that hosts
New Years Eve events exclusively. Our 17 year history in the
SF Bay Area have produced events ranging from 500 to 3500 people.
Our venues included Westin St Francis, San Francisco City Hall,
Regency Center, Galleria, Gift Center and Ana Mandara to name a few.
What does my ticket include?
* OPEN BAR with Premium Liquor for the entire night
* Access to 2 levels with multiple party areas *

What type of premium alcohol are being
served?
The event will have a Full Bar. Items include:
- Soft drinks and juices
- Beer and champagne
- Premium spirits such as Belvedere Vodka, Don Julio, Hennessey,
Tanqueray
Johnnie Walker Black, Bulleit, Crown Royal and much more
*** Please note that over-intoxication is not allowed. Our
staff will check your level before serving alcoholic beverages.
What is the dress code?
Semi-Formal event - black tie optional. (Please follow the dress
code.
NO REFUNDS will be given for those not in dress code.)
What are the event hours?
Event begins at 9pm and ends a little before 2am.
Does it matter which ticket system/promoter/host/org I purchase my
ticket through?
There is no difference which ticket system/promoter/host/organization you purchase through.
Please select the host/org who invited you. Each ticket will be
valid for 1 admission.
Will tickets be available at the door?
We expect for this event to sell out before the date of the event,
so tickets may not be available at the door. We strongly encourage
purchasing tickets ahead of time. EXTREMELY UNLIKELY!
Will there be a coat check available?
Yes, coat check will be available for a small fee.
What kind of music will be played?
There will be multiple rooms of music playing a mix of Top 40 Hits,
Hip-Hop, and Mash-Up.
Will there be general seating at the event?
General seating is available, will be limited to first come first
serve. We highly encourage VIP Table Service to secure your seating
for the event.
Where do I park?
There are several parking garages in the area. Please make sure you
check the closing time of your parking lot.
What is the
age restriction?
This event is for the 21 and over only. Valid ID is required
for entry
Will there be smoking allowed?
There will be an outdoors smoking section provided for our guests.
No smoking will be permitted inside the facility - those who break
this law will be escorted off the premises immediately.

I ordered my ticket online, where do
I pick up my tix?
As we get closer to the event, we will announce locations
in the SF area for ticket pickup. But don't worry if you can't
pickup the tickets ahead of time, you can always pick up on the
night of event.
How do I
pickup my tickets?
Please bring the following items:
- your picture ID
- confirmation email with order #
- credit card used for purchase
* If you received the ticket as a gift, please bring a
photocopy of the purchaser's id to retrieve your tickets. Remember
that only the PURCHASER can pickup tickets.
How does Will-Call work?
Our Will-Call process is similar to that of a concert or play. Only
the person who placed the order should enter the will call line to
pick up the tickets for you and/or your group. After the ticket(s) have
been picked up at the will-call station, you and your group may enter through the general entry line.
I already have my presale ticket in hand, do I need
to wait in line?
If you already have your presale ticket, you will not need to wait
in the will-call line. Please enter through our "General Admission"
line with your presale ticket.

Why get a table?
Due to the high demand of this event, seating will be very limited.
We encourage our guests to purchase a table which will guarantee
your seating area.
What type of premium alcohol are being
served for VIP Table Service?
Premium vodka: Belvedere
Premium cognac: Hennessey VS
Premium tequila: Don Julio
If I have VIP Table Service, where do I go?
After making the purchase, an email will be sent to you will all the
details of how to get express entry.
Will there be general seating at the event?
General seating is available, will be limited to first come first

for the event.
